What are the types of orthodontic treatment that can be applied?
The orthodontist determines the appliance used for treatment and the frequency of visits to adjust it, on a case-by-case basis. Most orthodontic problems are solved by treatment with a fixed system (braces) and conventional classical appliances. The aligner is another comfortable appliance to wear, with excellent results for mild to moderate tooth alignment problems. Fixed braces are usually adjusted every 4-6 weeks. Treatment with aligners also requires changing the appliance every period.

What is the duration of orthodontic treatment
The time for orthodontic treatment depends on the severity of the problem and can last from several months to several years. In most patients, the final result is obtained after 1-2 years.
When do you notice the need for orthodontic treatment
Bite problems most often become apparent between the ages of 6 and 12, and orthodontic treatment usually begins between the ages of 8 and 14. This is not to say that adults are not suitable patients for braces – many orthodontic cases can be corrected equally easily in children and adults.
